We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and oversee the execution of campaigns that elevate our brand, drive sales, and strengthen our presence in the luxury jewelry market. This leadership role manages our Graphic Designer/Photographer and Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist while collaborating across departments to ensure a consistent and exceptional Bella Cosa brand experience. What You\'ll Do Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support sales goals, seasonal initiatives, and brand awareness. Maintain the annual marketing calendar across print, digital, email, social media, website, and events. Analyze campaign performance, customer trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities. Ensure brand consistency across every customer touchpoint. Print Advertising Develop and manage the annual print advertising calendar. Coordinate media placements and production schedules. Serve as the primary contact for advertising partners. Creative direct print advertisements by selecting products and campaign assets that align with marketing objectives. Co-op Marketing Submit approvals and reimbursement claims. Ensure compliance with vendor brand standards. Build strong relationships with luxury brand partners. Store Events Coordinate all advertising for events. Create and manage themes, food and drinks for events. Attend all events inside and outside store. Sponsorships & Community Partnerships Lead community partnerships and sponsorship initiatives. Coordinate promotional materials and event marketing. Represent Bella Cosa at community and charitable events as needed. Leadership Supervise the Graphic Designer/Photographer and Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist. Provide coaching, direction, and performance feedback. Budget & Administration Manage marketing expenses and department reporting. Submit invoices and monthly expense reports. Ensure marketing projects remain on budget and on schedule. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 5+ years of marketing experience with progressive leadership responsibilities. Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with advertising agencies, media partners, and luxury brands preferred. Retail or luxury retail marketing experience is highly preferred.
