This position will be Full-Time and Hybrid in Maryland Heights, MO.What You'll DoAdvise and support on employee relations cases (e.g., grievances, discipline, performance improvement plans, absences, terminations), conducting investigations when neededAssist in developing and delivering manager training on employee relations and people practices aligned with organizational standardsObserve safe workplace behaviors, engage with employees and supervisors, and ensure compliance with workplace regulations during site visitsSupport HR policy alignment and compliance with Canadian labor laws, updating policies, handbooks, and contracts as neededProvide input to global Centers of Excellence (COEs) on Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Culture, and Engagement, ensuring compliance and effective communication in French/EnglishCollaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to deliver operational HR support, including promotions, employee relations, hiring/onboarding, and separationsReview compensation data and prepare recommendations for job offers, salary increases, promotions, and retention aligned with compensation philosophyServe as a trusted advisor to managers and HR colleagues, delivering solutions to support business objectivesSupport workforce planning by coordinating hiring, restructuring, and capability development activitiesPartner with HRBPs to implement culture, inclusion, and engagement initiativesLiaise with legal counsel and represent the company in legal or mediation proceedings related to employeesSupport communication to Canadian employees, coordinating translations as necessaryPartner with leadership teams and HRBPs to implement performance management, including disciplinary actions and performance plansWhat You'll NeedRequired:5+ years of experience in employee relations and labor relationsBachelor's DegreePreferred:Bachelor's Degree in an HR disciplineExtensive knowledge of HR laws and regulationsExperience in a manufacturing and union environmentPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorMust be able to communicate effectively with team members and leadership over phone and in personSedentary work with occasional need to attend meetings or move around office environments$30 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
