(Mobile, AL): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a General Laborer to support a fence company with installation and related duties. This is a full-time, hands-on labor position supporting yard operations, deliveries, and general maintenance.

Essential Duties:
• Assist in loading and unloading materials for customers and company deliveries

• Assist with fence installation and related projects
• Handle, move, and organize lumber or building materials
• Operate a forklift (experience a plus)
• Follow instructions from supervisors while also recognizing tasks that need to be completed without direct instruction
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform general yard maintenance including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
• Provide support to team members with daily operational tasks

Requirements/Skills:
• Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) preferred

• Forklift experience preferred
• Familiarity with lumber or building materials is a plus
• Ability to operate light to medium-duty trucks safely and efficiently
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions
• Basic knowledge of tools and yard equipment preferred
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical labor for extended periods
