FRONT DESK AGENT (PM SHIFT)

Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt Reports to: Director of Operations

GENERAL PURPOSE

Builds a first impression for the guests by providing punctual, courteous and efficient handling of requests, which include check-in and checkout, handling cashier registers, and answering calls.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Morning, evening, and weekend availability required. (Schedules posted at least two weeks in advance) Occasional holiday or event-based coverage may be requested/required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Prioritize and organize work Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team Work with minimal supervision Greet customers in a friendly and sincere manner Check guests in and out in a professional manner Complete registration process working with a computer system Count money accurately and handle cash, cards, checks, vouchers vigilantly Transmit and receive messages using a telephone Provide satisfactory overall customer service Keep general areas indoor/outdoor clean and tidy Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Provide or obtain accurate information Other duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
