This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience working with vehicle billing, registration, title processing, funding packages, and dealership accounting procedures. The position also includes front desk coverage on Saturdays. Key Responsibilities Automotive Billing & Deal Processing Process all new and used vehicle retail deals accurately and timely Process wholesale transactions and dealer trades (swaps) Review deal jackets for completeness and compliance Package funding contracts and maintain deal logs for accounting Post wholesale deals within required timelines Process manufacturer rebates and incentives Handle NVDR and RDR vehicle processing DMV & Title Processing Process DMV paperwork within required state guidelines and deadlines Maintain accurate police books, plate books, and in-transit records in accordance with New York State regulations Maintain detailed DMV logs and document tracking systems Submit registration and title documentation accurately and on time Coordinate DMV refunds and related accounting requests Ensure all required documentation is complete prior to releasing DMV paperwork Inventory & Administrative Support Stock new and used vehicle inventory Enter information into dealership systems including VERIFY and DMS platforms Assist management with DMV compliance procedures and dealership processes Provide front desk and receptionist coverage on Saturdays Support accounting and administrative teams as needed Qualifications Required Automotive Billing Experience Strong Knowledge of DMV Rules, Regulations, and Processes Excellent Attention to Detail Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills Ability to Multitask and Meet Deadlines Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills Professional and Team-Oriented Attitude Proficiency with Computer Systems and Data Entry Preferred CDK Experience Automotive Dealership Accounting Experience Vehicle Registration and Title Processing Experience Experience with Dealer Trades and Wholesale Transactions Accounting Office Experience Schedule Full-Time Monday – Saturday One day off during week 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Build Your Career with VIP Automotive Group Join a company that values accuracy, professionalism, teamwork, and employee development while providing opportunities for long-term success.
