Product Manager - AI

Job Summary:

The Technical Product Manager - AI will lead the planning, development, and delivery of AI-driven technical products and solutions aligned with business strategy and customer needs. This role collaborates closely with engineering teams, data scientists, AI engineers, and UX/UI teams to define system architectures, optimize AI models, and ensure solutions comply with organizational standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, development, and delivery of AI-based technical products and solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams including developers, data scientists, and AI engineers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment of product features.
• Work with UX/UI teams to ensure optimal design and user experience for AI-driven applications and agents.
• Define and align end-to-end technical architectures with internal frameworks and industry standards.
• Develop data strategies for collecting, cleaning, managing, and preparing data used to train and improve AI models.
• Partner with AI researchers and engineers to continuously optimize and improve AI model performance.
• Monitor AI agent performance using data and feedback to enhance accuracy, behavior, and client value.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating client needs into technical specifications.
• Lead client onboarding and training to ensure effective deployment and adoption of AI solutions.
• Provide post-launch product support, monitor performance, and manage feature enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise security policies, information security standards, and regulatory requirements related to data privacy.
• Promote responsible and ethical AI practices by minimizing bias and ensuring fairness in AI decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience as a Technical Product Manager delivering complex technology products.
• Experience working with AI/ML solutions, AI agents, or data-driven products.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, software engineering, and technical product development lifecycle.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams, data scientists, and AI engineers.
• Knowledge of data management, data pipelines, and AI model training processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
