Oursalariedaccountmanagersareresponsibleforsellingbenefits,retirement,andothersupplementalinsuranceproductsandservicesinadefinedsalesterritoryservinganexistingcustomerbaseofK-12publicschools.Youwillbuildstrong,long-termrelationshipsanddevelopspecific,needs basedrecommendationsfortheiremployees,highlightingthebenefitsofAmericanFidelity'sinsuranceportfolio. We Offer Basesalary+uncappedcommission+additionalbonuspotential Companycar,companycreditcardandpaidtravelexpenses. Internationalsalesawardtrips Averagefirst-yearincomeisbetween$87,000to$119,000. 100%matchwhencontributing6%toyour401(k),withmorematchingopportunitiesafterfiveyears Youwillhaveadefinedterritory Multiplesalescareerpathoptions Consistent,standardizedtrainingdesignedfornewAccountManagers Comprehensivebenefitspackageincludesmedical,dental,visionandsupplementalinsuranceplans. Primary Responsibilities Focusongrowingandmaintainingexistingbusiness-to-businessaccountsbydirectlysellinginsuranceproductsandservicestopublicschooldistricts.Consultwithcurrentcustomerstoprovidevalueandmeetfinancialneeds.Buildstrongrelationshipswithcustomersandassociationexecutives.Developcustomizedneeds-basedemployeebenefitspackagesthroughannualbenefitenrollments,grouppresentations,andnewaccountdevelopmentopportunities. DefinedTerritory-EachAccountRepresentativeisassignedaterritorytomanageanddevelopnewaccounts. OvernightTravelisRequired.Mustresideinthespecificterritory. ExtendedTrainingProgram-AccountRepresentativesparticipateinastructured,comprehensivetrainingprogramthatincludeson-the-jobtrainingwithintheirterritory,product&salesschools,andonlinetraining.
