Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who is driven, approachable, task-oriented and willing to be held accountable. Who will look everyone who enters the studio — members, employees, vendors, visitors — in the eye, call them by name, and make time for them. If something goes wrong, you get it fixed.

Orangetheory has a feel like no other fitness venue. It’s personal and close-knit; when members walk into a studio, they feel like they’re coming home. Plus, our workouts are backed by science, and that’s what makes them unique and awe-inspiring. Whether a member is celebrating her 20th class or his 65th birthday, you make sure they’re recognized. When sales goals are set, you surpass them.

What We Look For
- Minimum 1‑3+ years of successfully leading fitness/sales teams to achieve business goals.
- Sell yourself, train others to sell and move the numbers of the business.
- Lead generation experience with community outreach, events, B2B relationships, etc.
- Worked in a high energy, fast paced environment and achieved results.
- Ability to take on new challenges and be open to growth and innovation.
- Flexible work schedule needed; location is open Mon‑Sun.
Compensation
$60,000 based on previous experience and qualification fit to this position.
