Marketing and Brand Manager

A growing company is seeking a Marketing and Manager. This is a full time direct hire role that will work on a hybrid model out of the Mount Laurel area. Prior experience working in B2B is required. 

Qualified candidates will have experience with most of the following:

• Solid marketing experience, preferably in professional services or B2B
• Proven ability to manage both marketing strategy and hands-on execution
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, or similar design tools
• Experience managing websites, email marketing, social media, and digital campaigns
• Proven ability to manage freelancers, agencies, and external vendors
• Strong project management, organization, and process-building skills
• Experience developing marketing materials, campaigns, templates, and brand standards
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in AI, automation, and marketing technology
