Bucket Truck Tree Climber

Overview Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Tree Climber to join our team. As a Tree Climber, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently climbing trees to perform tree trimming, rigging, and other tree care tasks. This is a physically demanding role that requires knowledge of tree care techniques and equipment operation. Responsibilities Safely climb trees using appropriate equipment and techniques Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removals Operate bucket trucks and other equipment for elevated work Rig branches and limbs for safe removal Assist with ground operations including chipping, hauling, and cleanup Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and job completion Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times Qualifications Strong knowledge of tree care practices and techniques Proficiency in using tree climbing gear such as harnesses, ropes, and climbing spikes Experience operating bucket trucks and other aerial lift equipment Familiarity with rigging techniques for safe branch removal Ability to assess tree health and identify potential hazards Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions Experience & Licensing Tree care: 5 years (Required) Driver\'s License (Required) Benefits 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Training & development Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
