Construction Cost Analyst/Estimator

Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking to expand their team and looking to identify and hire a Construction Cost Analyst/Estimator to join their team on a full-time basis. Our client is a premier engineering based cost segregation provider, a rapidly growing company and one of the largest in its field in the US.

Responsibilities :

Analyze various financial, architectural, and construction documentation.
Determine building component costs of commercial properties through estimating costs records.
Prepare cost segregation reports for upper management review.
Manage workflow to ensure project completion within client and internal deadlines.
Work with Project Coordinator to collaborate documentation and any support needed for the coordinator to gather additional information or documentation from clients.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Industrial Engineering or related field.
0-3 years professional experience. (Experience not required, but professional experience considered would be in roles similar to Intern, Estimator, Project Coordinator, Project Assistant)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Detail Oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
