ServiceNow Developer

The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for understanding, designing, developing, configuring, updating, and maintaining modular, reusable solutions on the ServiceNow platform in support of HCHB business initiatives. This role partners closely with platform owners, architects, administrators, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-focused solutions across ITSM, CSM, and related ServiceNow capabilities.The ideal candidate combines strong platform development experience with modern AI-assisted development practices, including the ability to leverage ServiceNow AI capabilities, automation tooling, and agentic AI products, to accelerate delivery and improve solution quality.
