Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Our focus is on delivering daily operational excellence and exceptional guest service. Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day activities of front‑of‑house employees and the Events Manager. Assist the F&B FOH Operations Manager in maintaining reasonable food and beverage and labor costs in line with the lodge budget. Train the Events Manager on essential job functions and coordinate setup and staffing of banquets and weddings. Maintain, print, and distribute banquet event orders on a daily/weekly basis. Update group manifest and event calendar as required. Coordinate with F&B Admin to collect payments from clients after event completion. Assist with onboarding, training, and off‑boarding of seasonal staff. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff, management, and external partners to achieve common goals. Qualifications Arrive to work on time, ready to work, wearing a clean uniform with a neat appearance. Well organized, self‑directed, with a proven ability to implement methods that improve operating efficiency, cost, and control. Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare and submit comprehensive reports. Work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines while maintaining composure. Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize work, make decisions, solve problems, exercise good judgment, and work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor; able to work cooperatively with all levels of management and staff, affiliated company employees, and outside business associates. Excellent oral and written communication skills. High sensitivity regarding confidential information. Proficiency in the use of computers, F&B software, databases, reservation systems, and property management systems. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $65,000 annually. Complimentary lodging, food stipend during operational months, and operational incentive bonus available.
