• Mon – Fri two nights until 7pm, 40-hour work week
• 37 hours per week minimum guarantee
• 10 – 13 patients per day with 1:1 treatment
• Outpatient orthopedic clinic
• 1hr evals, 30 – 45min visits
• Therapy Source/NetHealth experience preferred
• Minimum 1 recent outpatient travel assignment required
