Delivery Drivers - Fedex Ground

Looking for Full Time drivers.

****NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, WE WILL TRAIN****

We are seeking reliable and professional Delivery Drivers.

Drivers report each morning to the FedEx Ground terminal in Strafford, MO to pick up daily route packages.

We are hiring safe drivers with excellent customer service skills, who are self-motivated, and dependable.

Full Time Shifts: Monday-Saturday with Sunday and another rotating day off.

Benefits:

Competitive pay (with raises depending on performance, starting after 60 days)
Full Time drivers eligible for Health, Dental, and Vision, after 60 days.
Full Time drivers eligible for 401K available after 60 days
5 days Paid Time Off after 1 year
Peak Service Bonus, paid for work during Nov - Dec, Peak Delivery Period
Safety and Performance Bonus available weekly
Accrued Sick Leave

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Drive a company owned truck, following our strict safety standards on and off the road.
Excellent customer service.
Use company owned technology to manage the delivery process in a quick and safe manner.
Minimum age of 21 years.
Must have a Valid Driver's License - Class E endorsement required.
Must have a clean driving record.
Must pass a Drug Screen.
Must pass a DOT physical - able to lift packages up to 150 lbs, equipment provided to assist.
