Facilities Technician

Hiring a facilities technician to support building maintenance and boiler maintenance. We are seeking a problem solver with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting and communication skills as well as awareness of the environment to support multiple buildings.

Even better if there is a certificate or license in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical. Even better if bilingual in English/Spanish.

Pay and benefits: the pay range for this position is $45,760.00 - $52,000.00/yr. Paid holidays, time off, rewarding work environment.

Workplace type: this is a fully onsite position in Albuquerque, NM.
