Customer Service Representative – Full-time
As a Gerald Collision Center CSR, you will be the voice and face of our collision center, so we need someone with a winning attitude and a professional appearance. To be a success in this position you will need to be reliable, professional, be client focused, and have great attention to detail.
Essential Functions
- Welcome clients and visitors and direct to appropriate personal for estimates and vehicle pick up.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
- Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of supplies.
- Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance
- Other duties as assigned

Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Professional demeanor and reliable attendance are required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Benefits
- Pay range for this position: $17.00 - $19.00 (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education)

- PTO after 90 days of employment
