Function:
A top multispecialty practice in the Hudson Valley is seeking Nurse Practitioners to join their growing Urology Team.
4 outpatient urology NP positions2 in Poughkeepsie
1 in New Windsor
1 in Kingston

Office based role; NPs will not be credentialed at the hospital
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Remote call rotation:1 weekday evening per week (5:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
1 weekend per month (Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 8:00 AM)

Join a well established team of 13 urologists and 7 APPsAdditional urologist starting July

Clinical responsibilities include:Conducting non invasive preventative screening procedures
Assisting with minor urologic procedures
Managing general urology conditions, including:Bladder conditions
Pelvic disorders and pelvic pain
Related sexual dysfunction

True general urology outpatient role
Training and onboarding availableOpen to new graduate NPs
Practice has experience training newer providers

Requirements:
Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Eligible for New York licensure
Interest in outpatient urology
Open to new graduates or experienced providers
Strong communication skills and comfort working in a team based model

Group has large footprint in the area for Urology. Someone with direct urology experience first choice but can stretch me on someone with related procedural or hospital experience (GI, Cardiology, Derm, Emergency Room Etc.)
