Delivery Driver $12-20/hr + tips Up to $20/hr (includes tips), $400 signing bonuses, $200 referral bonuses, mileage reimbursement, Medical, Vision and Dental Delivery DriverPay: Up to 20/hr (including average tips) + $200 Referral Bonus per Referral!Job Summary:Delivery Drivers' primary responsibility is to deliver sandwiches to customers in the designated delivery area. If you know someone who would be a great fit, refer them through our referral program and earn up to $200 per referral!Responsibilities:Takes phone orders and completes delivery tickets in a courteous and timely manner.Delivers sandwich orders to customers in a safe, courteous and timely manner in established delivery area onlyAccepts payment from customers for ordersWorks with management at the end of the shift to reconcile cash from delivery salesMakes fast, accurate and consistent sandwichesComplies with all portion sizes, recipes, and all systems and procedures.Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station, restroom, etcGreets customers and takes orders - operates cash register - collects payment from customer and makes changefills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrityMaintains professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Jimmy John's Dress CodeDisplays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignmentsPerforms other related duties as requiredRequirements:Must be able to communicate, read and write the English language fluently and clearlyPosition requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and moving about the unit the entire workdayMust be at least 18 years of age, have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving recordAll drivers are solely responsible to provide their own vehicle and will not be offered a company vehicle for deliversDrivers must have an insurance plan that covers business use (you are required to inform your insurance company that the vehicle will be used for deliveries and not just for personal use)
