Part Time Role - 30 Hours Per Week 6 Months Contract With Extensions

Resource will be responsible for auditing SPIF (i.e. Outlet SMI SPIF) (SPIF - Sales Performance Incentive Fund) submissions and preparing approved incentive payouts for processing. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

• Validation of submission data and supporting documentation
• Verification of billing, reserves, and incentive calculation inputs
• Review performance outliers and perform sample performance manual calculation checks
• Obtain approvals from sales leaders; approval status from management and audit notes
• Creation of a payroll-load-ready payout file and assist in payout data integrity checks
• Administrative support to audit ~350 annual SPIF submissions, generating ~***M top-line
