Educate customers about our products, services, and promotions to enhance their experience. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer inquiries effectively. Meet performance metrics and targets while adhering to company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is highly desirable. Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, engaging demeanour. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet. Proficient in using computers and familiarity with call center technology and CRM systems.
