Come join our amazing team! Registered Nurse (RN) Duties and Responsibilities:Observe, administer, record, and report any medications, treatments, vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s)Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their familiesAssist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patientsParticipate with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, and other patient activitiesAssists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications and Skills:Current and valid RN licenseExcellent interpersonal skillsFast and adaptive problem-solving abilitiesIn-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulationsPhysical strength and staminaFirst aid and CPR certifications Pay Transparency Statement Compensation for roles at Spokane Falls Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience.
