Anticipated start date of the 3rd week of September! Orientation dates: 09/09-09/10. Location: University of Chicago. We are hiring immediately for full time positions.

Job Summary: Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored in accordance with applicable federal, state, local and company standards, guidelines and regulations. Essential duties and responsibilities include overseeing the cooking activities of food service associates, preparing various entrees and menu items following established recipes, operating and cleaning equipment, storing, labeling and dating food items according to policy, following HACCP guidelines, complying with health and sanitation regulations, assisting Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records, assisting in the cross training of employees, and performing other duties as assigned.
