• 2 years current Endoscopy experience
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
• MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT TO NORTH ADAMS REGIONAL HOSPITAL AS NEEDED
• ACLS MUST BE IN HAND AT PROFILE UPLOAD. FACILITY WILL NOT PEND-NOT NEGOTIABLE
• BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED
• PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU REVIEW COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS NEED WITH YOUR TRAVELER TO ENSURE THEY WILL MEET ALL MEDICAL/VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS BEFORE UPLOAD TO TRIO.

• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile, including Covid Vaccination proofs (dated on or after 10/3/23) or intent to file exemption form

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• BLS (AHA)
