We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming dedicated professionals to our team!Olsen Thielen offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to reward performance and recognize your value to the firm. The starting salary range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000, based on factors like experience, qualifications, and organizational needs. Compensation also includes a bonus structure and eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off, holidays, 401(k) with employer contributions, profit sharing, and more.
