Help Desk Analyst

Job Title: Help Desk Analyst
Location: Trenton, NJ (Hybrid)
Schedule:
- Sat & Sun: 7am–3pm
- Mon–Wed: 2pm–10pm
(Onsite training first few weeks; 35-hour work week)
Top Skills:
- Data entry (3 yrs)
- Outlook/email (2 yrs)
- Proven ability to maintain professionalism and composure when handling escalated or frustrated users (2 yrs)
- MS Excel, Word, Visio (1 yr each – desired)
Role Summary:
Provide first-response Help Desk support, troubleshoot MS applications, log issues, and follow up with users. Strong communication and a professional, patient attitude are essential.
Preferred:
- 2-year degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory (training provided on AOC system
