And More! Your Role as Director of Nursing As DON, you'll take an active leadership role in the clinical success of the facility while supporting and developing the nursing team. Lead and oversee daily nursing department operations Mentor, develop, and support nursing team members Promote high standards of resident care and clinical outcomes Oversee nursing staffing and scheduling Ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations Maintain and strengthen nursing policies, procedures, and clinical practices Monitor quality assurance initiatives and implement improvement plans Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team Identify opportunities to improve clinical and operational performance Work closely with facility leadership to support overall facility success What We’re Looking For Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Previous nursing leadership or management experience Director of Nursing experience preferred Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred We are an Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr Saline Care Nursing and Rehabilitation
