We invite applications for an Orthopedic Surgeon‑Total Joints specialist at our Largo Medical Center and surrounding DC Metro area. What You Can Expect Primary revision hip and knee cases Dedicated OR time (1-2 days per week) Clinic days 20-30 patients with CNA and RN support PA oversight in clinic Regular collaboration with skilled arthroplasty partners Participation in 1:13 trauma call schedule at a level II trauma center Minimum Requirements MD or DO Board Certified or Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia MAPMG Physicians Practice patient‑centered, culturally competent medical care Communicate thoughtfully (listen, educate, advocate) Lead with integrity Value teamwork Are transparent and honest Go “above and beyond” for their patients We Provide You Competitive compensation Pathway for physicians to become shareholders of MAPMG Comprehensive benefits including 100% employer‑funded medical and dental insurance premiums, a pension plan and 401(k), life insurance, and paid leave Complete professional liability coverage provided at no cost, 100% reimbursement for obtaining and maintaining board certification, continuing medical education reimbursement, and in‑house CME opportunities A concierge service that works directly with you to apply for all required state, CDS, and DEA licenses The starting annual salary for this position is $550,000 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, MAPMG offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package. Effective July 1, 2026, the starting annual salary for this position will increase to $565,000.
