We are looking for motivated individuals, who are looking for the opportunity to build and grow with us. This job entails working with customers on a one on one basis.

Description: Process and initiate various transactions for customers and assists new customers and establish the sale and promotional sales goals. Enhance company image through pro-active customer-driven servicing of their needs in support of the goal of exceeding customer expectations.

Task: Must greet the customer, work the register and process out going shipments. Identify the customer's needs. Be able to pack various assortment of packages big or small. Sell to the customers' needs and overcome objections. Work with customers helping them with printing and or computer services. Learn about all the different services that are offered at the store and do them to the best your ability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide outstanding customer service by helping customers understand their needs, recommend shipping and print solutions and help them acquire the needed product solutions.

Consult, sell, and upsell merchandise such as boxes, tape and other appropriate products that meet the customers needs.

Requirements:

Minimum three years of Customer Service and/or Sales experience

Energetic, outgoing, customer oriented personality

Strong communication, interpersonal and problem resolution skills.

Enjoys and easily operates independently or as part of a small team.

Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Some knowledge of computers in a windows environment.

Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation used during the work day

Can work Monday through Friday & Weekends .

Ability and willingness to perform light cleaning such as Vacuuming carpets, wiping windows, Counters etc.

Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Must be able to stand at register for long period.

Position: This is a full time position with the opportunity for growth.

Pay is starting at $16 the hour.

Store is closed all major Holidays.

Must be able to be a Notary person.

Need to speak English Fluent.
