You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate associates on tools, tasks and resources, develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service, be flexible to the needs of the business, maintain in‑stock levels and control shrinkage. Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs following recipe measurement instructions. Work with a variety of products by decorating bags, tips, nozzles to create decorative flowers and lettering on bakery items while adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance and inventory management. Operate, maintain and sanitize equipment, demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution. Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement. Use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, training and product quality, with the member in mind. Adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. Drive the performance of the bakery area ensuring quality and date‑control standards, eliminating waste and preparing for seasonal events that impact bakery volume (holidays, graduations, family events). Identify member needs, assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues and concerns. Act as a brand advocate by valuing the member experience in the bakery, modeling high‑quality service and products, interacting with associates to understand roadblocks and assist in training, developing, influencing and inspiring them in a respectful, supportive and team‑oriented style. Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources. Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines and expectations, carry out tasks, communicate progress and information, and determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities. Qualifications Minimum: 6 months experience in a fresh production area. Must be 18 years of age or older.
