We Offer One-on-one client care 24/7 office and clinical support Flexible schedules Mobile app for visit reporting—no paper time sheets NYS Paid Sick Leave Make a Difference Every Day Your Role: Help clients live safely and comfortably at home Support clients’ physical, emotional, and social well-being Provide compassionate personal care and companionship Safely use assistive equipment (Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, etc.) Follow care plans and timely complete required documentation Skills And Qualifications (required) Valid HHA or PCA Certificate If you have experience as a CDPAP personal assistance you may qualify for an ACD class where you can earn a PCA certificate.
