Credence Healthcare is seeking a  Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week outpatient rehabilitation contract. The Physical Therapist will provide quality patient care, evaluate patients' physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and overall physical independence.

The ideal candidate should be a currently licensed Physical Therapist in Nebraska and hold a current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers certification. Candidates with less than one year of experience may be considered.

• Current and active Nebraska Physical Therapist license .
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Less than 1 year of experience accepted.
• Outpatient rehabilitation experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
