Job Description Title: Vascular Sonographer Location: Winston Salem NC Duration: 13 weeks Shift 8hr Day Shift - 32 Shift Information Mon-Wed and Friday 0800-1700 SimpliFi Clinical Interviewing- Yes/No No On Call, Call Back Requirements None Weekend Rotation Vascular US: 0800-1700 daily (rotate weekends) Holiday Requirements Floating Requirements Yes: High Point Outpatient only lab if needed: 306 Westwood Ave, High Point NC Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Vascular Sonographer to join a traveler-friendly vascular team serving both outpatient and inpatient populations of all ages. The ideal candidate will have dedicated vascular ultrasound experience, strong EPIC proficiency, and current RVT or RVS certification. Schedule Shift: 8-Hour Day Shift (32 hours/week) Hours: Monday–Wednesday & Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Weekend Rotation: Required (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, rotating schedule) On-Call: None Call Back: None Experience Requirements Minimum 2 years of vascular ultrasound experience First-time travelers accepted Required Certifications & Credentials BLS Certification One of the following: ARDMS Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) CCI Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS) North Carolina state licensure not required Required Skills & Experience EPIC EMR experience required Dedicated vascular ultrasound experience Proficiency performing: Carotid studies Upper & Lower Extremity Arterial Studies Upper & Lower Extremity Venous Studies DVT/Reflux Studies Vein Mapping Renal Studies Mesenteric Studies Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) Studies Endograft Surveillance Aortic Studies PVR/Segmental Pressure Testing Hemodialysis Graft Evaluations Iliac Vein Studies Arterial Bypass Graft Evaluations (Fem-Fem, Fem-Pop, Loop Grafts, etc.) Patient Population & Common Diagnoses Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD) Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) Heart Failure (HF) Cerebrovascular Accident (CVA) Venous Insufficiency Renal, Celiac, and Superior Mesenteric Artery (SMA) Stenosis Renal Transplant Patients Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS) Department Information Average daily vascular studies: 8–12 Supportive leadership and collaborative team environment Traveler-friendly department culture Equipment & Technology EMR: EPIC (required experience) Reporting System: VascuPro Ultrasound Equipment: Philips EPIQ Elite Parks PVR/Segmental Pressure Systems Floating Requirements May be required to float to: High Point Outpatient Vascular Lab 306 Westwood Ave, High Point, NC Orientation 3-day departmental orientation Additional Information Scrub Color: Black Parking: Free Hiring Manager Kassie Warren #J-18808-Ljbffr
