Because at Intellectix, it's not what we do, it's why we do it.Responsibilities & Duties:Develops solutions to a variety of complex engineering problemsPerform complex systems design, development, and integration from the start of a systems life cycle to the endOversees complex infrastructure including installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management toolsPerforms complex systems modeling, simulation, and analysisContributes to completion of specific engineering programs and projectsMaintains current knowledge of rapidly changing technologyMay serve as a team or task leadMay coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionalsPrepares and maintains documentation for processes and procedures related to engineering projectsQualifications:Education/Experience:BA/BS or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience8+ years of related systems engineering experienceTS/SCI clearance and eligibility to obtain a CI polyRequired Skills:Linux system administratorKubernetesHelm chartsAutomationAnsibleScripting / Coding (Bash, Python, etc.)Desired Skills:A deep expertise in one of the following areas and working knowledge of one or more of the other following:Virtualization technologies (VMware, virtual networking, vROPS, XenServer/XCP-ng)Infrastructure as Code (IaC)GitLabCeph storage platformRed Hat Enterprise Linux, YUM, Satellite, Capsule technologiesOperational supportJoin Intellectix and be part of a dynamic team that thrives on tempo, teamwork, and technical excellence.
