Every day, our colleagues are challenging what’s possible and making headway to innovate new treatment pathways to advance patient outcomes and set new standards of care.To ensure manufactured products meet the specified standards and specificationsof the print and the final product meet quality standards.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**• Follow procedures and instructions for in process and final inspectionsacross a wide variety of customized parts and assemblies with very closetolerances and specifications.• Determine method of inspection and set up requirements on first articleparts.• Has authority and is responsible for notifying management to stop amachine operation to avoid continued production of defective parts.• Maintain records of results using 1Factory system and prepare appropriatereports.• Follow Safety Rules• Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)* Other duties as assigned**Minimum Requirements**• High School Diploma or equivalent• 4 years experience as inspector in a precision machining environment• Knowledge and experience of blueprint and spec interpretation• Experienced using all inspection hand gauging including: micrometers,thread gauges, dial indicators, vernier calipers, height gauges, internal andexternal thread gauges, ID/OD mics, bore gauges and etc.• Computer experience documenting and plotting inspection data• Capable of coordinating the inspection planning of a job• Excellent organization and communication skillsSalary Pay Range:$16.68 - $22.12 USD Hourly
