Mercy Hospital Springfield - ED Radiology Full-Time: Monday - Thursday 4 - 10 hour shifts Key Benefits: Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 for continuing education. Overview : The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role requires proficiency in operating imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high-quality imaging and accurate documentation standards. Effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals is essential for providing optimal care. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours. Experience: no experience required Licensure: Certification/Registration: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registry or registry eligible. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in operating radiographic imaging equipment. Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
