AI Operations Analyst

This role owns identification, design, rollout, and measurement of AI-enhanced operational workflows for FraudNet's fraud, AML, and risk operations teams. Engineering owns core platform implementation you'll have dedicated engineering support to productionize your designs.

Your primary focus is internal operations: mapping current workflows, identifying where AI can reduce manual effort and improve accuracy, designing human-plus-AI processes, and measuring outcomes. As the practice matures, scope will expand to client-facing operational workflows.

This is a new function at FraudNet. You'll define the playbook, not inherit one. If you're energized by ambiguity and want to shape how AI transforms regulated operations from the ground up, this role is for you.
