ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in December 2024 and is a growing team of three who are focused on building a strong foundation and delivering great service to our customers. Ive been with State Farm since May 2018, and that experience helped prepare me to open my own agency and create a culture built on hard work, support, and growth.

I attended Western Kentucky University, and outside of the office I enjoy playing pickleball and spending time with my two Golden Retrievers. Creating a positive environment where people enjoy both their work and life outside the office is important to me.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nick Nunley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
