Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

StevenDouglas South Florida Project & Interim Services is partnering with a South Florida an organization on an interim/project finance engagement . This is a hands‑on role for a strong FP&A professional who can help navigate a significant budget realignment driven by declining enrollment. What You’ll Do Support FP&A efforts through a period of significant budget contraction Conduct deep-dive analysis of revenue and expense drivers across the organization Help identify opportunities to trim, reallocate, or restructure in budget Partner with leadership to model scenarios and present strategic recommendations What We’re Looking For Strong FP&A background with hands‑on budget management experience Will also consider candidates from education, government or not‑for‑profit sectors with comparable budget complexity A strategic thinker who can see the full financial picture, not just execute line‑item cuts Comfortable working in an environment facing real financial pressure and tight timelines #J-18808-Ljbffr
