Main Event - Tulsa
Main Event - Tulsa is looking for an energetic full time or part time Busser/Runner in Tulsa, OK who has a strong teamwork mindset and can handle being constantly on the move. Bussers/Runners are key members at Main Event - Tulsa because they are able to ensure efficient workflow for the best guest experience and are considered a jack of all trades. Because of this, it is important for Bussers/Runners to be team players. Key responsibilities of a Busser/Runner:
- Guest Service - though bussers may not interact with guests as often as other team members, they are still expected to communicate effectively when guests need their attention
- Provide a friendly, relaxing, professional demeanor and assist servers as needed
- Cleaning tables - removing plates, utensils, drinkware from tables and sanitizing all surfaces
- Resetting tables in a timely manner for the next guests
- Cleaning various areas in and around the restaurant
- Emptying trash cans
- Expedite/run food to the correct tables
- Notify management of any facility issues
- Clean up spills immediately
- Inspect restrooms to make sure they are clean at all times
