Cru Foundation is the charitable giving arm connected to Cru that helps manage and distribute donor gifts in support of Cru's ministry work around the world, as well as other charitable organizations.

The Kind of Work You'll be Doing:
- Provide customer service for donor inquiries via phone, email, and mail.
- Manage donor communication through the Cru Foundation inbox and coordinate with Donation Services Group to resolve giving-related issues.
- Support donor hospitality efforts, including personalized thank-you notes, cards, calls, and special recognition initiatives.
- Assist with Donor Advised Fund (DAF) processes by welcoming new donors, addressing technical questions, and supporting grant and funding activities.
- Maintain and update donor records, monitor data accuracy, and engage with lapsed donors as needed.
- Coordinate team operations such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with special events and travel arrangements.
- Oversee production and distribution of donor premiums, welcome kits, and ongoing mailings, ensuring timely fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
