Senior Sourcing Manager (Hybrid)

Senior Sourcing Manager will lead strategic sourcing for printed circuit board assemblies and high-level assemblies, driving cost optimization, supplier management, and supply chain excellence. The hybrid role based in Redmond, Washington requires developing commodity strategies, negotiating supplier contracts, and managing cross-functional initiatives across a regulated medical device environment.
Responsibilities
- Shape and execute global sourcing strategies for complex PCBA commodities to optimize cost and supply continuity
- Lead supplier negotiations and contract strategies with key strategic partners to secure favorable commercial outcomes
- Drive commodity management activities including spend analysis, supplier segmentation, and market intelligence
- Build and maintain executive-level supplier relationships as trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders
- Champion risk management and supply resiliency by assessing financial, operational, and geopolitical risks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance, engineering, or related field; or 6 years of supply management experience
- 10 years in supply management with focus on strategic sourcing and supplier development
- Experience managing global PCBA vendors and international sourcing operations
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 standards and regulated medical device industry sourcing
- Supplier audit experience with FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001 quality standards
- Professional certifications through APICS, ISM, and/or CSCMP preferred
Compensation: $123,900 - $226,200 USD Annual (based on pay grade)
