What You'll Do

People & Onboarding:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires transitioning from partner staffing agencies
• Lead initial training, orientation, and onboarding for new workers
• Collect and verify payroll data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Enter new employee data into timeclock, payroll, and warehouse management systems
• Ensure new employees meet site leadership expectations and maintain high standards
• Collaborate remotely with central HR and payroll teams to resolve issues promptly
• Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture using your bilingual skills

Operations & Cubiscan:

• Operate Cubiscan equipment to capture accurate product dimensions and weights — we will train you!
• Maintain SKU master data and audit inventory measurements for accuracy
• Support new client onboarding, SKU setup, and transfer customer implementations
• Generate operational and dimensional reports using Excel

HR Coordination:

• Assist with recruiting, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate training schedules and HR administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

• Bilingual English/Spanish — written and verbal required
• Microsoft Excel proficiency — essential for this role
• Team lead experience in staffing, HR, or administrative coordination (1–2 years)
• Cubiscan or warehouse/fulfillment environment experience
• Reliable transportation for on-site presence in Phoenix, AZ
