Associate Attorney

BOS Staffing has partnered with a well-established law firm located in Atlanta, Georgia 30360 in search of a motivated and dedicated Associate Attorney to handle their insurance coverage dispute cases.
Practice Areas:
The role offers exposure and training across a wide variety of legal disciplines, including:
- Criminal Law
- Family Law
- Corporate and Business Law
- General Civil Litigation
- Probate and Estate Matters
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $125K+ based on experience.
- Bonus Structure tied to performance and firm contributions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling a diverse caseload under the supervision of senior attorneys.
- Insurance Coverage cases
- Draft legal documents, motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and client meetings as required.
- Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active Georgia Bar License
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn multiple areas of law.
