Role Description The Insurance Producer is a full-time, on-site role based in Flowery Branch, GA. This role is responsible for prospecting and generating new business, conducting needs-based insurance reviews, and recommending appropriate coverage options for personal, commercial, and life insurance products. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients in person and by phone, explaining policy features, preparing quotes, and assisting with applications and policy changes. The Insurance Producer will maintain ongoing client relationships through regular follow-ups, provide high-quality customer service, and collaborate with the agency team to meet sales and retention goals. The role also involves staying informed about product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of Insurance products and coverages. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for client interactions, consultations, and ongoing support. Knowledge of Employee Benefits and related group coverage solutions is preferred. Relevant state insurance licenses (or ability to obtain within a specified time frame). Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and meet sales targets. Comfort with using CRM tools, email, and basic office software for managing leads and client records. High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability in a client-focused environment.
