The Role The Practice Manager is responsible for the Practice’s overall financial performance, safety, quality and patient experience by ensuring that the company’s policies and processes are accurately executed on a daily basis. The Practice Manager works closely with the Area Manager and the Practice’s Patient Care Leader to ensure that our Mission, Purpose and Beliefs are supported and the overall vision is consistently executed upon. The Essential Job Elements Manage to the Practice’s stated production goals and corresponding financial plans Manage the overall patient flow within the Practice to achieve maximum efficiency Responsible for successfully training all new staff members, as well as leading, mentoring, and coaching existing team members Manage all staff and doctor relationships to ensure that they are happy, contributing members to the overall team environment Partnerwith the Company’s marketing team toensure a localized marketing plan is executed on a consistent basis in line with the Company’s vision Provide regular feedback to the Area Manager on employee performance andtake an activeroleinleadingthe employee’sannualreviewandany disciplinaryactions Manage schedulingofall staff Ensure that KidsCare exemplaryservice delivered expectations are metand surpassedwitheachpatient Determine Understand.
