Registered Nurse - Neuro Trauma/Intensive Care Unit - Full-Time Nights

Role Staff Nurse responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced, technical environment. Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, communicate effectively, and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment. Supervise team members, manage medication and IV administration, and support patient education. Take accountability for performance, professional growth, and enhancing the patient experience. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a BSN. Must hold a current nursing license in Texas and Basic Life Support certification. Minimum of 12 months RN experience in ICU or completion of ICU Nurse Residency. Knowledgeable of hospital policies, procedures, and nursing standards. Skills Strong communication, relationship-building, and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a high-stakes, dynamic setting. Physical ability to perform duties including standing, moving, lifting, and handling hazardous materials.
