Environmental Professional (EP) Senior Project Manager

OverviewWe are seeking an Environmental Professional Senior Project Manager for our Architectural, Engineering Construction Services (AEC Services) Assessment Services Group, located in Dallas/Fort Worth or Houston, TX. The qualified candidate will be performing transaction-based Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), and related environmental/real estate due diligence services on a wide range of property types including office, industrial, retail, hospitality, and multi-family housing. This position requires management of multiple concurrent projects with minimal oversight; a willingness to travel at least 50% of the time; exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines without exception.
