Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

Job Description Retail Inventory Associate – Driver. Work varied flexible hours. Maintain accurate inventory, transport team members to and from inventory events, conduct vehicle inspections, and meet performance goals. What You Will Do Transport team members to and from inventory events safely and on time. Adhere to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements, conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning. Count and record inventory with precision. Follow a clear, consistent workflow using handheld scanners or count tools. Move between inventory locations; stand or walk for extended periods. Team Requirements At least 21 years old to qualify as a van driver; at least 18 to drive personal vehicle. Preferred experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver, or Warehouse work. Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts. Comfortable learning handheld scanners or count tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Positive, team‑oriented attitude. Access to reliable transportation. Requirements Valid driver’s license in state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months. Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience. Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check. Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation. Availability to work flexible schedules, early mornings, and late nights. Benefits Hiring Now!
