Warehouse Lead

Warehouse Lead Oversee daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, coach team members, and ensure efficiency and accuracy. Pay & Schedule Pay Rate: $24.98/hour Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm Responsibilities Assign daily tasks to Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, and support staff to maintain workflow. Provide coaching and on‑the‑job training to ensure compliance with best practices. Conduct audits, monitor warehouse procedures, and assist in process improvements. Collaborate with management to optimize labor and resource allocation. Resolve conflicts, promote teamwork, and ensure adherence to company policies. Lead shifts as needed to support smooth day‑to‑day operations. Qualifications 3+ years of related warehouse experience. In‑depth knowledge of CJ Logistics warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices. Strong coaching, delegation, and motivation skills. Hands‑on problem‑solving with a process‑improvement mindset. Training & Development Guided Warehouse Operations & Leadership Training. Training in Safety & Compliance, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Relations.
